Ariana Collado

Ariana Collado brings a wealth of experience in political leadership, public service, and strategic consulting. She works with nonprofits and companies to navigate legislation, secure funding, and build meaningful connections with policymakers to advance their goals.

As Executive Director of the Bronx Democratic Party, Ariana has been at the forefront of driving organizational strategy, elevating the party’s influence, and enhancing civic participation. She collaborates closely with candidates and their teams at the federal, state, and local levels, helping to lead successful electoral campaigns through voter outreach, grassroots organizing, and media engagement. She has also overseen the planning and execution of pivotal events—including fundraisers, rallies, and forums—that have significantly expanded community and political impact.

Previously, Ariana served as Chief of Staff to New York City Council Member Andrew J. Cohen, where she managed legislation, budget negotiations, communications, and land use matters. As the Bronx Delegation liaison to the City Council, she played a key role in advancing budget campaigns that secured millions in funding for organizations across the city.

A proud lifelong Bronxite, Ariana earned her Juris Doctor from CUNY School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lehman College. She is an admitted attorney in New York State.
