Felix Garcia
Felix is a dedicated public servant with a background in social work, community advocacy, and government. He began his career supporting at-risk teenagers with mental health disorders in Albany and later provided case management in supportive housing in New York City, helping individuals with mental health and substance use challenges transition to independent living.
His work in social services led him to the office of Council Member Vanessa Gibson, where he served as Constituent Services Liaison and Director, navigating city agencies to resolve constituent issues and becoming politically active through the Bronx Young Democrats. Felix later earned a Master’s in Public Administration while working for an affordable housing developer, focusing on public relations and MWBE compliance, before returning to politics as a lobbyist at Kasirer, connecting Bronx-based clients with elected officials.
He went on to manage Assemblyman Landon Dais’s campaign in the 77th District and served as his Chief of Staff, remaining deeply involved in community initiatives. Felix is 1st Vice President of the Bronx Young Democrats and holds degrees from the University at Albany and City College’s Colin Powell School.
